Yield: 3 Servings

1/4	c	Syrup, light
2	c	Brown sugar
1/4	ts	Cream of tartar
1		Stick of butter
1/2	ts	Soda
5	qt	Popcorn, popped of course

Mix all together but soda. Boil 5 minutes; take off heat, then add soda. Mix into 5 quarts of popped popcorn. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Put mixed popcorn on cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
